UK sector offshore
Insulation scope offshore in the UK sector, on live plant and during shutdowns, worked to the operator’s permit system and specification.
Cladding and fabrication
Sheet metal cladding in aluminium and stainless, fabricated and fitted: bends, tees, reducers, lobster backs, square to round, and the laps, swages and seams that keep the weather out.
Pattern development
Full-size pattern development for fittings that have to be cut right first time, which is the work that became our own software.

TurboClad
A 1:1 pattern app for insulation cladding. Put in the sizes, pick where the seam goes, and it prints the pattern full size to lay straight on the sheet and cut. Lobster backs, mitred elbows, reducers, square to round and the rest, on the phone that is already in your pocket.
